I Love Street Photography for me its about capturing those moments in time a look an expression or as Henri Cartier Bresson noticed its about the "Decisive Moment" when all the elements come together as you press the shutter. Photography should awake an emotion or a visual response it should ask a question.
I practice my art mainly in Manchester but have also travelled abroad and around the North West. My camera of choice is the Fujifilm XT20 a small light camera perfect for walking around city centres unnoticed. I love covering festivals such as Manchester Pride and Brazilica as they offer great photography opportunities.
I more often than not shoot black and white as I feel it seems to suit the genre very well, though I'm not opposed to colour where suitable. My photos usually include people whether they are posed or unaware to my presence.
