Beamish is based in Yorkshire and is a Photographers Paradise. Beamish is an outside Museum that includes shops, old but working trams and characters in appropriate dress. Is this Street Photography though that depends on your definition of Street. Street Photography is a bit of a misnomer it is not photography taken on the streets but is, to me, photography that is taken in public areas or where the public can wander. In Beamish customers once paid can stroll around this site with each site being like a village. This page displays just a few of the great opportunities there are for the keen photographer.
